Description
Sesame is scientifically known as (Sesamum indicum), and it is the oldest spice known to man, as its use dates back to about 1600 BC, sesame seeds consist of about 50-60% of the oil. Sesame seeds are included in the preparation of many foods. They give food a distinctive and delicious taste. They are also used to decorate cakes, pies and some types of bread and sweets, but the use of sesame seeds is not limited to that, it gives many health benefits.
