Cress seeds


Rashad cereal and its scientific name (Lepidium sativum), is a plant known since ancient times for its health benefits and its various uses, the most popular parts of this plant are the seeds of cress and are usually eaten as a drink after soaking the grains in boiling water and in many dishes such as salads, sandwiches and cooked dishes.
